Well, I haven't posted in here for a LONG time, and I'm really not sure why. I guess with Christmas coming there has just been so much to do that blogging has become a low priority. I also have a new friend, Stephanie, and I've been spending time with her lately too. Also, we've had the dreaded stomach virus making the rounds of our household for the past week... so very un-fun, to say the least!! I'm just glad we're getting it overwith before Christmas, especially as we're going to stay with my parents in Texas from the 24th to the 31st. We still have no idea how we're going to get all of us to the airport, though! We don't all fit in one car, but it would be way too expensive to park two cars in the extended-stay parking at the airport for a whole week! Alas, everyone I know who owns a van will have gone out of town by the 24th... so I guess we will just have to invent a teleporter to teleport us all there instantaneously. Of course, if we had the teleporter, we wouldn't have needed to pay all that money for plane tickets!! If anyone has any brilliant, non-teleporter-related ideas about this, please tell me as soon as possible!

Well, we're having at least 4 Christmases this year. It's crazy. We're going to Scott's mother's house on Sunday to exchange presents with her. The following Saturday, we're doing a present exchange with Scott's dad and stepmother, and the day after that, we're doing Christmas with Rich! So by the time Christmas day actually comes with my family, it will be our fourth Christmas celebration! It makes me tired just thinking about it, and especially about all the girfts we will have to try to find room for in this already overstuffed house! But it's all good, I guess.
